BLS CPR

The Monmouth Junction First Aid Squad hosts a Basic Life Support CPR class aimed at educating participants on life-saving techniques including chest compressions and rescue breaths. The class emphasizes real-world application through practical exercises designed to increase confidence in emergency situations. Participants will leave with a strong foundation to assist in life-threatening scenarios and recognize when professional medical help is required.
