Anthony Saltarelli founded FirstRespondersHub after serving as an EMT in Connecticut and moving into software development. The goal: make it easier for training organizations to run their programs and for students to find them.

How do students find us?
We list your program on FirstRespondersHub.com, where students search for training near them. You can also share your page link on your website, flyers, or social media.
How do we get paid?
Students or sponsors pay by card when they enroll. Stripe sends the money to your bank account. You can see every payment in your dashboard.
Can we keep signing students up the old way too?
Yes. You can take students online and in person at the same time. You add in-person students to the dashboard yourself.
What happens when a class fills up?
Students can join a waitlist. If a seat opens up, you can offer it to the next student on the list.
Can we bring our existing students and records?
Yes. You can import contacts from a spreadsheet, and we help with setup. Bring your student list and sample exports from your current system to your demo so we can review what can move, what needs cleanup, and what you should keep in your existing records. Contact imports do not automatically recreate historical enrollments or payments.
Who supports us, and what happens to our records if we cancel and leave?
Contact us through the support page or email team@firstrespondershub.com. CSV exports are available for results, financial reports, and application responses; availability depends on your plan. Download the reports you need before canceling, and contact us about records or files outside those exports. Monthly access continues through the billing period; annual cancellation ends paid access immediately.
