Growth and Scale include payment processing on FirstRespondersHub. Growth charges 4% + 30¢ per transaction and Scale charges 3.25% + 30¢ per transaction. Starter is a discovery and lead-capture tier — orgs on Starter run enrollment on their own site (or use inquiry-only mode), and FirstRespondersHub does not process payments for Starter.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you’ll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Starter is $24/month (or $19/month billed annually). Starter includes up to 10 program offerings, the public listing, lead capture via the info-request form, contact sync, and external-redirect or inquiry-only enrollment modes. Upgrade to Growth or Scale to add managed enrollment, payments, and AI sales intake.
We accept all major credit cards and payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Annual plans offer significant savings: Starter saves 1 month (8.3% off), Growth saves 2 months (16.7% off), and Scale saves 3 months (25% off). You’ll be billed annually and can cancel anytime.
