Yes, all plans include payment processing with transaction fees that decrease as you upgrade. Starter charges 5% + 30¢ per transaction, Growth charges 4% + 30¢ per transaction, and Scale charges 3.25% + 30¢ per transaction. This fee covers all payment processing costs, including credit card transaction fees, so you don’t pay any additional fees to payment processors.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you’ll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free forever. It includes 2 program offerings, unlimited cohorts, cohort waitlists, and the ability to accept payments at a 5% + 30¢ per transaction fee. No credit card required. Upgrade to Growth or Scale to get more program offerings and lower transaction fees.
We accept all major credit cards and payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Annual plans offer significant savings: Starter saves 1 month (8.3% off), Growth saves 2 months (16.7% off), and Scale saves 3 months (25% off). You’ll be billed annually and can cancel anytime.
