Yes, we charge transaction fees for the Growth and Scale plans that include payment processing. The fee is 5% for Growth and 3.5% for Scale. This fee covers all payment processing costs, including credit card transaction fees, so you don’t pay any additional fees to payment processors.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you’ll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to plan features. No credit card required to start your trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
