A two-year Associate in Applied Science Degree program that allows currently certified or nationally registered non-degree EMT-Paramedics to earn a degree. The required classes are offered entirely online. Upon meeting all requirements and admission, students receive credit for Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic course work toward the degree.

A 200-hour basic level course required to become an Emergency Medical Technician that prepares students to take the NCOEMS or National Registry examination. Topics covered include basic pre-hospital emergency care such as treatment for shock, bleeding, burns, poisonings, childbirth, pediatric emergencies, CPR, use of ambulance equipment and communications to the emergency department.
