Allows students to gain a broad view of directly assisting patients, physicians, nurses and other health care professionals in a variety of healthcare environments. Students gain knowledge in 12-lead electrocardiogram monitoring, venipuncture (phlebotomy procedures), laboratory diagnostics, and point of care testing.
