A 1000+ hour course that prepares students to challenge the National Registry written and practical exams for licensure. This traditional style course meets in-person Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am-5:00pm, with students out of classroom for approximately 12 weeks near the end for Capstone Field Internship. The curriculum includes survey of normal human structure and function, pathophysiology of emergent conditions, physical assessment, pharmacology, electrophysiology, advanced airway procedures, intravenous therapy, EKG interpretation, and safe administration of emergency medications.
