The Paramedic A.A.S. degree prepares AEMTs to use critical thinking skills to provide medical treatment for patients with illness or injury-related disease. The program is 63 credit hours and is completed over three terms. Paramedic training is delivered through a combination of classroom instruction (didactic and psychomotor skills) and a blend of clinical/field experience.
