Kenai Peninsula College is a community campus system within the University of Alaska Anchorage offering an Associate of Applied Science in Paramedical Technology. The UAA|KPC Paramedic Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) and is designed to meet educational requirements for professional licensure or certification in Alaska.

Mat-Su College is an extended college of the University of Alaska Anchorage offering a paramedic program with comprehensive classroom lecture, practical skills training, and hands-on experiential learning. The Southeast Region EMS Council is a regional government agency that oversees EMS licensing, certification, and training coordination for the Southeast Alaska region. MultiMed is a private Alaska EMS training center. Last catalog was Emergency Trauma Technician, EMT-1, EMT-2, and EMT-3A / NREMT AEMT. The owners sold the business in 2025 and no longer train on a regular basis, only special occasions.

Team One, LLC is a local Alaskan business providing professional EMS training and medical standby services throughout Southcentral Alaska. The Education Division offers EMS training, American Heart Association classes, and community education with instructors certified by the American Heart Association and Alaska Department of Health.
