Founded in 1979, Westport Volunteer Emergency Medical Service (WVEMS) is a volunteer organization that provides staffing, supplies, and apparatus for the shoreline community of Westport, Connecticut. The organization educates thousands each year in CPR, as well as EMR or EMT certification classes.
