Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

The Virginia Medical Training Academy offers an accelerated EMT program designed to prepare students for both the psychomotor and cognitive certification tests through the NREMT and the Commonwealth of Virginia. The program includes lectures, practical skills, and a field internship with live patients, providing hands-on experience to strengthen EMS knowledge. Students must maintain an 80% average to pass the class and move on to certification tests.
