VBVRS offers free CPR and First Aid classes to teach adults and children life-saving skills, including use of an AED and relief of choking. These classes, designed for non-certification purposes, follow the AHA Family & Friends® CPR program to cover essential emergency care. Classes are suitable for parents, babysitters, community groups, and anyone interested in gaining confidence to act in critical situations.
