Free CPR Classes

VBVRS Station 8VBVRS Station 14

VBVRS offers free CPR and First Aid classes to teach adults and children life-saving skills, including use of an AED and relief of choking. These classes, designed for non-certification purposes, follow the AHA Family & Friends® CPR program to cover essential emergency care. Classes are suitable for parents, babysitters, community groups, and anyone interested in gaining confidence to act in critical situations.

Free Stop-The-Bleed Training

VBVRS Station 8VBVRS Station 14

This training teaches techniques to control and stop bleeding in emergency situations, with VBVRS instructors guiding participants through methods to manage traumatic injuries. This course is part of the VBVRS effort to empower individuals to respond effectively to bleeding emergencies. Stop-The-Bleed classes aim to extend community readiness and are suitable for large groups and organizations.
