ACLS Recognition (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

This ACLS course, conducted per American Heart Association guidelines, focuses on managing respiratory emergencies, cardiac arrest, and strokes. It expands the participant's skills in handling cardiovascular mimickers during life-threatening situations. A prerequisite is a valid BLS certification, and cardiac rhythm recognition skills are recommended.

Primary Paramedic Program

The UW Health Primary Paramedic Program offers comprehensive training in paramedic care, covering patient assessment, personal safety, pharmacology, emergency management, and trauma care.
