UACCB's Emergency Medical Technology program prepares students for licensure as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics with hands-on clinical experience and CAAHEP-accredited coursework. The program offers three levels of credentialing: Certificate of Proficiency in EMT, Technical Certificate in Paramedic, and Associate of Applied Science in Emergency Medical Technology, Paramedic.

Prepares students for licensure as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) with classroom instruction, hospital and ambulance clinical experiences, and field internships with an Advanced Life Support (ALS) EMS service provider.

64-credit hour degree program comprising 26 general education credits and 38 certified Paramedic credits in three consecutive courses. Includes classroom, lab instruction, clinical field experience, and Clinical Capstone Internship. Requires prior EMT-Basic certification.

Prepares students for licensure as Paramedics with classroom and lab instruction combined with clinical field experience ending with a Clinical Capstone Internship. Requires prior EMT-Basic certification.
