UEMR is a 501C3 nonprofit registered First Responder Organization and EMS Education agency contracted by UT Dallas. The organization provides initial EMS education programs approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services, offering EMT and Paramedic courses to UT Dallas students and the general public.
