Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT)
A 250-hour non-credit course offered annually. The focus is on patient assessment, shock and fluid therapy, use of a manual defibrillator, and limited pharmacological intervention. Students can advance from the EMT program to become AEMTs.
