BLS for Healthcare Providers

Main Campus

This course teaches healthcare professionals essential CPR skills for various settings. It includes skills such as ventilation with a barrier device, bag-mask use, and AED operation, focusing on all age groups. The program is designed to enhance the provider's ability to respond to life-threatening emergencies effectively.

EMR-0118 First Responder

Main Campus

This six-week course equips students with fundamental skills for managing emergencies before ambulance arrival. It covers patient history acquisition, vital signs assessment, bandaging, splinting, and oxygen therapy. A current AHA BLS/Healthcare Provider Card is required for enrollment.

EMT-0160 Emergency Medical Technician – Basic

Main Campus

This course provides the necessary skills and knowledge for emergency medical response and patient transition. Emphasizing legal responsibilities, human anatomy, medication administration, and incident management, it prepares students for a career as emergency medical technicians.
