HACC's EMT program trains students to provide routine and emergency care for the sick and injured. The 140-hour course covers complex skills such as spinal immobilization, AED use, and patient assessments, culminating in eligibility to test in PA Department of Health practical and written exams. This course prepares students for entry-level healthcare positions and is a building block for ongoing professional advancement.

This series comprises courses designed for firefighters to field recognized techniques in fire suppression and dynamics. These courses cover attic and basement firefighting, flashover recognition, and structural fire rescues. Significant focus is given to Rapid Intervention Team training which includes fundamental skills alignment with NIST and UL research for enhanced situational management.
