This course trains professional rescuers in CPR, AED use, and choking rescue skills for adults, children, and infants. It includes learning the adult Chain of Survival and two-rescuer CPR techniques. Successful completion grants an American Heart Association BLS Certification valid for two years, with classes conducted in-person to ensure hands-on practice.

This course provides rescuers with foundational emergency medical knowledge to care for the sick and injured in pre-hospital settings. It covers various medical emergencies, trauma, environmental injuries, and childbirth. Upon successful completion, students are prepared for the New York State certification exam for EMT-B, as well as the optional National Registry EMT exam, with classes delivered through a mix of online and in-person sessions.
