The Romeoville Fire Academy EMT course is fully compliant with the standards set forth by the National Registry and is IDPH approved. Upon successful completion, students will have satisfied the DOT-NHTSA National Standard Curriculum objectives and will be able to sit for the National Registry EMT Exam. The course includes extensive hands-on skills, clinical ER time, and in-field ambulance ride time. Course materials are included in tuition.
