The EMT program trains individuals in essential emergency care techniques used by police, fire, and rescue personnel. It is based on a curriculum from the U.S. Department of Transportation and prepares students for the National Emergency Medical Technician-Basic certification exam. Practical training includes ambulance, hospital, and clinical experiences to sit for the National Registry examination.

The Fire Science program covers fire suppression, building construction, and emergency medical services. Students gain leadership skills and knowledge in hazardous materials management, with career paths as firefighters or inspectors. The program also encourages further education with affiliations to bachelor programs in Public Safety Management.
