This program teaches emergency medical care basics and life-saving procedures for the sick and injured. Students gain skills to be a competent member of an emergency team in the pre-hospital setting. The EMT course provides foundational knowledge for further EMS careers focusing on CPR, defibrillation, and various medical interventions.
