The Emergency Medical Responder certification program is designed to train an individual to function as an initial responder in a medical emergency. This course provides the basic knowledge and skills needed to deliver Basic Life Support (BLS) care and is required to progress on to more advanced levels of prehospital patient care.

The Paramedic certification program is designed to train an individual to function independently in a medical emergency. This course provides the basic and advanced knowledge and skills needed to deliver Advance Life Support (ALS) care. Session I is required to progress to Session II.
