The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program is a one semester course designed to provide students with the skills necessary to perform basic life support measures as part of an ambulance crew. Students gain hands-on experience in managing emergencies at accident scenes, medical emergencies, and securing patient transport. Successful completion prepares students for the NREMT certification exam and state licensing.
