Wildland Firefighter Academy

The eight-week Wildland Firefighter Academy covers fire behavior, firefighting skills, and rescue techniques essential for natural settings. Students gain hands-on experience with water delivery systems, chainsaw use, and navigation under challenging conditions. Post-completion, participants can pursue careers with the U.S. Forest Service or other agencies.
