A 300-hour course building on knowledge learned in the EMT-Basic course, focusing on assessment of sick and injured patients and advanced treatment. Meets or exceeds National EMS Education Standards for AEMT and New Mexico Scope of Practice for EMT-Intermediate. Requires current New Mexico EMT License to enroll.
