Emergency Medical Technician – Basic (EMT-B)

The EMT-Basic course is designed for individuals to perform at the basic life support level. This program includes training in patient assessment, airway management, and the management of traumatic and medical emergencies. Upon completion, students will be prepared to function as entry-level EMTs to provide critical care in emergency situations. This program is approved for 6 semester hours by the National College Credit Recommendation Service.
