Basic EMT training program following guidelines from the United States Department of Health Education and Welfare in conjunction with the National Traffic Safety Administration and Department of Transportation. Includes lecture, discussion, hands-on demonstration, and practical application of knowledge and skills necessary to care for individuals with life-threatening emergencies and injuries. CPR is covered in this course.
