This program prepares you to earn your Paramedic Certificate and Associates degree. Paramedic students can complete a program in three semesters. In the field, paramedics can insert an IV, administer drugs and help with pacemakers. After completion, students can take the State of Tennessee's Practical Certification Examination and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians written exam.
