Emergency Medical Technician (EMS 50 & 51)
An entry-level course into the Emergency Medical Services career field that follows the current Department of Transportation (DOT) curriculum. EMS 50 provides classroom instruction while EMS 51 provides supervised clinical practice in hospitals and ambulances. Total of 6 college units with 99 hours lecture and 81 hours laboratory.
