The AEMT Program is approved by the Georgia Department of Public Health and is geared towards EMTs employed by MetroAtlanta Ambulance Service. It teaches advanced skills beyond EMT basics, such as medication administration, performing advanced airway techniques, and intravenous therapy. Courses are conducted twice a year, tailoring to the hectic schedules of working EMS professionals.

The Basic Life Support course is designed for prehospital and in-facility providers, teaching core skills for emergency response. Participants complete rigorous training modules that develop proficiency in CPR, AED use, and basic patient management techniques. Successful attendees receive a certification card valid for two years, critical for employment in many emergency response roles.
