Advanced training course covering all techniques of emergency medical care considered within the responsibilities of the Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic as well as all operational aspects of the job. Emphasis on the development of student skills in the recognition and treatment of illness and injuries, and proper procedures of emergency care. 22 units, 335 term hours lecture, 144 term hours laboratory.
