ICS-200 training for first-line supervisors, middle management, and command and general staff. Topics include leadership and management, delegation of authority, management by objectives, functional areas and positions, briefings, organizational flexibility, and transfer of command. After completing, students can apply for Incident Management Level 1 certification from the NJ Division of Fire Safety. Prerequisite: NJ Firefighter 1. Tuition: $75 in-county, $85 out of county.
