A three-semester cohort-based program consisting of a minimum of 1090 hours of instruction divided into didactic/classroom instruction (minimum 450 hours), clinical rotation (minimum 160 hours), and field internship (minimum 480 hours). Students learn to assess and treat medical and traumatic emergencies in the pre-hospital setting and prepare for the National Registry EMT-Paramedic examination.
