Based on the National Standard Curriculum, this program includes a minimum of 140 hours of classroom instruction on EMT responsibilities, psychomotor skills, clinical and field experience, and simulated patient care. Students learn essential skills for working effectively as an EMT and are eligible to take the National EMT Registry test for credentialing in Kansas.
