Approved by the Kansas Board of EMS, this program exceeds state and national standards, requiring a minimum of 160 hours of classroom instruction, psychomotor skills training, and clinical and field experience. Students participate in hands-on learning, including 60 hours on an ambulance service, to build the knowledge needed for AEMT practice.
