Resident Firefighter Program

The LCFA Resident Firefighter Program immerses young adults in firefighting, offering hands-on experiences for up to two years. Participants live at the station and work as full crew members while obtaining fire and emergency certifications. Graduates leave as skilled candidates, ready for fire service careers across the country.
