A 13-month fast-paced, intense certificate program that trains students to become emergency medical technicians (EMTs) – paramedics. Taught by active paramedics with classroom instruction supported by clinical experience in simulated and real emergencies in local trauma centers and in the field. Upon completion, students are eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians – Paramedic exam or the Illinois State Licensing exam.
