A comprehensive certificate program designed to provide basic knowledge and skill proficiency in the delivery of emergency prehospital care. The course includes basic life support procedures with evaluation, planning, interventions, and re-valuation in regards to the acutely ill or injured patient in accordance with the National Scope of Practice. Successful course completion may lead to National Registry certification as an EMT.
