Emergency Medical Technician program designed to provide EMS students with the knowledge and skills to assess and treat the acutely ill or injured patient. Upon completion, students are eligible to challenge the National Registry examination and apply for licensure with the State of Michigan.

A six 10-week terms program consisting of classroom and online components. Hospital clinical rotations are performed within various Henry Ford hospitals around Michigan. The capstone field internship is with various EMS agencies in Genesee and the surrounding counties. Successful completion prepares students for the NREMT Exam and State of Michigan licensure.
