The Emergency Medical Technician program equips students with skills and knowledge to provide emergency care and patient transportation. The 164-hour course includes classroom and hands-on training, plus a 60-hour clinical rotation. Upon finishing, students can take the National Registry of EMTs exam and pursue certification through the Texas Department of State Health Services.
