A 9 credit-hour certificate program providing entry-level emergency medical care knowledge and skills with the delivery of Basic Life Support (BLS) as defined by the National EMS Education Standards. Upon graduation, students qualify to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Exam.
