Advanced level program that builds upon EMT knowledge. AEMTs in Georgia can administer medications (Aspirin, nitroglycerin, bronchial dilators, epinephrine, Glucagon, D50, and Narcan) and perform advanced skills such as placing blind insertion airway devices, administering intravenous fluids, and other critical stabilization techniques.

Entry-level prehospital emergency medical provider program. Students learn rapid field stabilization, treatment, and transport to the Emergency Department. The program includes classroom, lab, and clinical experiences with lifesaving techniques such as CPR, AED use, airway management, tourniquet application, splinting, and emergency childbirth.
