The Emergency Medical Responder course is a 3-4 week program designed to prepare participants for a license in Georgia as an EMT-R. Classes are held Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm, focusing on ambulance operation and emergency response. Successful completion qualifies graduates for the NREMT cognitive exam, a prerequisite for various emergency medical roles.
