Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT)
The AEMT provides basic and limited advanced emergency medical care and transportation for critical and emergent patients. AEMTs perform interventions with basic and advanced equipment and skills including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), IV therapy, medication administration and advanced airway management.
