The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) program is designed for healthcare professionals who need to manage cardiovascular emergencies. It covers advanced skills in airway management, pharmacology, and emergency teamwork dynamics. Participants complete precourse assessments and engage in realistic scenarios to ensure readiness for life-saving interventions in high-pressure situations.

Building on the foundational EMT program, which must be completed as a prerequisite, the AEMT program features advanced coursework, hands-on lab training, and expert instruction. Students develop critical skills in patient assessment, airway management, IV therapy, EKG interpretation, pharmacology, and more, preparing them for a vital role within the EMS system. Coursework also includes trauma, cardiac, pediatric, geriatric, and medical emergencies, along with a focus on communication and documentation.</cite>
