The Emergency Medical Science degree program provides individuals with the knowledge, skills, and attributes to provide advanced emergency medical care as a paramedic for critically ill and injured patients. Students will gain complex knowledge, competency, and experience while employing evidence based practice under medical oversight.

The Bridge option will allow currently credentialed Paramedics to receive 45 semester hours of credit toward the associate degree. The remaining course work to complete the degree in Emergency Medical Science requires a minimum of 24 additional semester hours of work.
