The BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, deliver high-quality chest compressions, provide proper ventilations, and early use of an AED. Participants gain essential skills for prehospital and in-facility hospital environments, enhancing their capacity to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies.

The EMT Program at Cataldo Education Center offers a robust curriculum designed to produce competent and compassionate emergency medical technicians. It includes a didactic portion, performance-based lab work, and hands-on skills sessions, preparing participants for both state and national certification exams. Graduates are equipped as entry-level healthcare providers with critical thinking capabilities.

The 14-month Paramedic Training Program combines cognitive, psychomotor, and affective learning techniques. It includes didactic instruction, practical skills sessions, simulation, clinical practice, and field internships. Participants attend lectures, clinical rotations, and home study assignments, and upon completion, they are eligible for NREMT certification.
