Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT)
An eight-credit, approximately 180 hours, one-semester course. The AEMT focuses on continued patient care from the EMT level while incorporating limited advanced treatment and care. Upon successful completion, students are eligible to sit for the National Registry of EMTs cognitive and psychomotor exams.
