Credit-based Associate Degree in Emergency Medical Science program providing formal education in EMS management, EMS education, and advanced pre-hospital practice. Students complete more than 600 hours of clinical in area hospitals and EMS agencies. Upon successful completion, students are eligible for the North Carolina state paramedic exam and National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.
