A two-semester course that trains students to provide advanced life support care. Students learn 20-25 medications and their administration, intravenous and interosseous infusion, and full cardiac monitoring. Includes certifications in Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS), prehospital trauma life support (PHTLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Second semester includes 96 hours of hospital clinicals and 250 hours of field internship.

Students learn assessment and pre-hospital emergency care utilizing National Standard Guidelines Scope of Practice.
